The Role
As Head Hostess, you are the operational lead for the front-of-house arrival experience and reservation management. This is a multi-faceted role: you will lead the host team and manage the door during peak service, while also driving revenue through the management of private bookings and event sales.

Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Sales: Manage the booking system, handle privatisation enquiries, and drive sales for large groups
Team Leadership: Supervise and train the host team; lead the door and seating plan during peak service
Operations: Responsible for all physical and digital menu updates and daily administrative tasks
Guest Relations: Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and handle pre-arrival requests
What were Looking For
Previous experience in a Head Host or Reservations role within a high-volume restaurant
A sales-driven mindset with experience handling event enquiries
Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) and admin tools
A calm, professional presence with strong organisational skills
