Pentest People is a rapidly growing security provider based in Leeds city centre, United Kingdom. We specialise in delivering Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) to a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless and efficient project delivery from post-sale to completion. This position demands a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate multiple schedules and diaries. Review and collect documents and information from clients. Perform daily tasks to support the project management team. Ensure timely delivery of projects by collaborating with all internal teams. Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Develop and enhance leadership skills. Foster and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. Create and manage spreadsheets and project documentation. Oversee assessments, ensuring accurate completion. Use initiative to optimise processes as needed. Perform general administrative tasks. Manage and analyse client-provided documentation. About You: Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and internal teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective time management and organisational skills. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new services as they are introduced. Ability to multitask and consistently meet client deadlines.
