This company focus on their people, have a great working environment and give you the ability to manage design projects from conception to completion.This varied and autonomous role will see you oversee projects from early engagement to construction with a supportive team around you. You will be responsible for drawing, creating and modelling innovative designs within clients budgets, you will be required you to use AutoCAD and Revit software, produce technical documents and check the quality of work being submitted. This is a Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM role.This role would suit an Architectural Technician or similar with any project experience in the Facade or Cladding industry, looking for a step up into a senior position, mentorship of junior designers and the design of high-value projects that will grow the business over the next 5 years.The Role: Manage Design projects from cradle to grave.Use AutoCAD and Revit to create, draw and model innovative designsMentorship of Junior DesignersReport to senior management / clients on timescales and costingsCreate technical documents, design validation and risk analysisMonday to Friday - 9AM to 5PM The Person: Architectural Technician or similarAny exposure to Cladding, Facades or Roofing projectsAny background in AutoCAD / RevitCommutable to Bristol Reference: BBBH23474DThe salary advertised is a guideline for this position.
