Role: Luxury Sales Specialist Location: Marshall Luxury – Newbury Hours: 45 hours per week, including alternate weekends on a rota basis Salary: £28,000 basic with OTEs of £55,000, with possibility to over-achieve. The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Specialist to join our Marshall Luxury store situated in Newbury, Berkshire. You will be selling a curated selection of prestigious pre-owned vehicles and delivering an exceptional customer service to clients. This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and luxury experience expert from first introduction to long after the customer has taken delivery. What you will do Represent Marshall Luxury as an ambassador — championing its values of exclusivity, elegance, and exceptional service. Sell a portfolio of high-end used vehicles across premium marques, offering in-depth knowledge of engineering, heritage, and performance. Provide bespoke, concierge-level service to every client, tailoring each experience to their expectations and lifestyle. Guide customers through finance and insurance in line with FCA regulations. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal execution, from part exchange and valuation to final handover. Take ownership of the customer relationship beyond the sale — building trust, maintaining communication, and encouraging long-term loyalty. Continually refine and elevate the luxury experience by anticipating needs, offering personalised recommendations, and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint. Who you are You have previous experience selling luxury or performance vehicles, either as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Executive or Sales Controller within a franchised or prestige environment. You are passionate about automotive excellence — you know the details, the craftsmanship, the stories behind the badge — and love to share that knowledge. Your customer service is second to none. You understand how to create an environment of trust, calm and exclusivity, and you are comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals. You have a consultative approach, always listening before recommending, and a natural ability to make complex information feel simple and elegant. You're meticulous when it comes to compliance, detail, and presentation — from showroom standards to financial regulations. You are ambitious, motivated, and excited by the idea of building something new and unique within one of the UK’s most established dealer groups.
