About the Role We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Fashion Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Womenswear and Kidswear, specifically for the UK fashion market. You’ll join a dynamic design team responsible for concept development, print and pattern design, brand-focused visual content, and final artwork creation for established and renowned European brands. This role is ideal for a designer with strong brand experience, a sharp eye for trends, and a passion for bringing fresh, consumer-relevant graphics to life across a diverse product range. Key Responsibilities ● Design and adapt graphics, prints, and patterns across Womenswear and Kidswear collections tailored for the UK market. ● Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure consistency with brand identity and seasonal direction. ● Conduct trend research and gather market insights from UK market to inform innovative and trend-forward graphic concepts. ● Ensure technical accuracy in design files for both sampling and production, including repeat layouts, scale, and colour separation. ● Support with creation of visual materials such as lookbooks, mood boards, and internal presentation decks. ● Maintain a well-organized archive of graphic developments, print libraries, and project files. What We’re Looking For ● 2–3 years of graphic design experience in a fashion brand environment. ● Proven experience working with or for brands in the UK fashion or retail market. ● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other key design tools. ● Strong understanding of textile printing techniques, production-ready file preparation, and colour calibration. ● High attention to detail, colour, and market trends, with the ability to visually communicate stories through design. ● Knowledge in printing techniques, embroidery, and other finishing. ● Ability to manage multiple projects at once. ● Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
