We’re recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our fast‑paced team. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing clear, accurate and friendly support to customers. You’ll manage all cases through Salesforce, so confidence with CRM systems is essential. Key Responsibilities * Handle high volumes of customer calls and emails * Log, track and resolve cases using Salesforce * Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction * Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently * Work with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions * Follow company processes and service standards About You * Experience in a busy customer service environment * Confident using Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure * Positive, proactive and customer‑focused * Reliable, organised and a strong team player What We Offer * £26.5k salary * Monday–Friday working hours * Supportive team environment * Training and development opportunities
