Primary School Teacher - Ramsbottom
Location: Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester
Salary: £120-£150 per day (PAYE or Umbrella)
Contract: Full-time, Temporary or Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners across the ability range.
Assess, record, and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for support or extension.
Create a stimulating, well-organised, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence and enthusiasm for learning.
Establish strong behaviour management routines that support a calm and purposeful learning atmosphere.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders to contribute to whole-school development.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers, building positive relationships that support pupil well-being and academic progress.
Participate in staff meetings, CPD training, planning sessions, and wider school activities where required.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching within a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
A passion for delivering engaging, child-centred learning.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
