Therefore, you may be offered work for a full year, for short courses on an as-and-when basis, and for ad hoc cover for support in sessions, to uphold inclusive practice and respond to learner support needs across the whole service.

The hourly pay rate is £14.62, which includes a 12.07% enhancement to account for annual leave entitlement. Your work could be across any of our curriculum areas: Active Learning (SEND Provision); English and Maths; English for Speakers of Other Learners (ESOL); Digital Skills; or Community Learning (creative courses).

Your work could be County-wide, or you can specify an area you are able to work in: Nuneaton and surrounding areas / Leamington Spa, Stratford and Surrounding areas / Rugby and surrounding areas (please specify this in your application supporting statement). There is a requirement to be able to travel to different venues within Warwickshire communities. There are three base offices across the county, one of which will be your base, though you will need to be able to travel to all three during the year: Pound Lane Learning Centre in Leamington Spa; Bloxham Centre in Rugby and Camp Hill Early Years Centre in Nuneaton. Your main contact time will take place in community venues.

There will be a requirement at times to travel county-wide for supporting sessions, as well as service and team meetings.
