Your New Role…
CNN's Senior Editor, Programming, will report to the Director, Programming, and assist in leading and managing the team that curates and organizes CNN's extraordinary content—from text and videos to interactives—on our industry-leading digital platforms. The successful candidate will bring creativity, energy and substance to programming our core surfaces. They will have a comprehensive understanding of digital programming and storytelling, assist in setting daily priorities, ensure successful workflows, analyse data to inform both short- and long-term strategies, react swiftly to breaking news, craft compelling deliveries and identify engaging content to influence its production.
This is a highly collaborative role that works across global news teams, distribution editors and product partners to ensure CNN’s journalism is presented with clarity, creativity and impact.
