* Support communication needs by coordinating interpreters, assistive technologies, and accessible information for service users.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, voluntary sector partners, and other key stakeholders to deliver effective support.
* Manage a complex caseload, using professional judgment to promote independence, empowerment, and wellbeing.
* Contribute to service development initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant legal frameworks, promoting continuous improvement in the Sensory Service.
