About the Role
We are looking to recruit ambitious Qualified or Part Qualified auditors to join our rapidly expanding Audit team. This is a great opportunity to join one of the south west's largest and fastest growing audit teams, responsible for auditing a variety of clients from large corporates and rapidly expanding owner managed businesses through to academy schools and charities.
The role offers hybrid working, with options to work from our flagship offices designed for agile working, from home, or at client sites. The firm supports you to achieve the right balance of flexibility while delivering excellent client service.
There are opportunities to progress to Manager through activities such as supporting in our business development programme and enrolling in management development training. You will have the guidance of an approachable senior management team to help you achieve your long-term career goals.
Responsibilities
* Leading and executing audits and other assurance engagements from planning to completion under UK GAAP
* Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high-quality service
* Developing and coaching trainees to become accomplished business advisors
Your profile
To be considered for the role, you will need to be:
* ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified (or equivalent) – full study support available if required
* Experienced at taking responsibility for a range of audit assignments
* An excellent communicator who enjoys building client relationships
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* A real team player who contributes to the firm’s success
* Able to access transport and hold a full driving license
