Job Description
3. Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
5. Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
6. Handle queries related to payments and expenses promptly.
7. Maintain and update financial data in accounting software.
8. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
9. Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. A solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
