Job Overview
The Innovation, Research & Development Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across Taylor Woodrow’s infrastructure projects.
Acting as a central link between dispersed teams, the role supports the identification, trialling, and evaluation of new ideas, ensuring successful solutions are shared, scaled, and embedded.
The postholder will coordinate innovation activity across regions, champion a culture of curiosity and improvement, and manage the centralised data required for R&D tax relief. By encouraging engagement, facilitating collaboration, and enabling evidence-based decision-making, this role helps ensure innovation is not just encouraged, but expected.
