Lettings Administrator – Full-time or Part-time
Location: Tiverton, Devon
Hours: Full-time or Part time applicants considered (a minimum of 3 days per week required, plus every other Saturday morning)

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lettings Administrator to support our busy lettings team. Whether you're returning to work, looking for flexible hours around school time, or seeking a full-time position, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling enquiries via email, phone, and in person
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and utility companies
* Preparing lettings documentation and tenancy agreements
* Keeping our property management system accurate and up to date
* Supporting both the lettings and sales teams with general admin tasks
* Accompanying potential tenants on property viewings (as needed)
* Assisting with compliance to ensure all managed properties meet legal standards
Who We're Looking For:
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Friendly, professional, and a confident communicator
* Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy office
* Willing to support a team and step into different roles as needed
* Competent with basic IT and admin systems
* A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
* Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (we'll pay for them)
