Duties and responsibilities related to the Groups Coordinator
Ensure the smooth running of all administration and execution of all planned Room only groups
Effectively manage the Groups inventory to maximise revenues
Provide friendly and knowledgeable show rounds with prospect clients
Utilise all in-house booking system to manage your bookings
Manage Group travel enquiries
Provide written confirmation such as proposals and contracts according to clients requirements and the hotels standards
About You
You are a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a genuine passion for creating seamless and memorable group experiences. Ideally, you have previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, where you've developed a strong understanding of group bookings, event coordination, and exceptional guest service. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and collaborate across departments ensures every group event runs smoothly from start to finish. With a proactive mindset and a commitment to excellence, you consistently go the extra mile to exceed expectations and support the overall success of the business.
