Reporting To: General Manager, Simplified Safety UK
Location: Cradley Heath, United Kingdom
This is an office and field-based sales role responsible for driving growth across Simplified Safety's fall protection solutions. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle – from initial enquiry and site survey through to quotation, order, and project delivery (working with our Project Manager) – acting as the main point of contact for customers.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, specify compliant safety solutions, and develop long-term relationships, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Key Focus Areas
* Manage and develop a sales pipeline, from lead qualification to conversion
* Conduct site visits and surveys to design compliant safety solutions
* Prepare accurate quotations and maintain CRM records
* Achieve agreed sales targets and support business growth
* Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business
* Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery
* Represent the business professionally with customers and partners
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales, engineering, or health & safety
* Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
* Conversant with Microsoft Office
* Commercially aware with good attention to detail
* Comfortable carrying out site surveys and working at height
* Full UK driving license
* Engineering, site experience or technical qualifications are desirable but not essential
