As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for welcoming and supporting customers throughout the entire sales process, showcasing our products, and delivering a high-end customer experience.
You will also assist the store management in creating a retail environment that fosters creativity and team development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Creating a positive, friendly experience through customer interaction.
* Assisting customers and ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.
* Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services.

* Maintaining in-store visual merchandising standards.

* Keeping the stockroom organized and accessible to support sales.
* Maintaining constant vigilance around in-store security procedures.
