Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound and self-sourced leads, leveraging your professional network.
* Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and position our software as the ideal solution.
* Conduct thorough prospect research to understand business needs, pain points, and potential fit with our solutions.
* Build strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, active listening, and tailored sales strategies.
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing key benefits and ROI to decision-makers at all levels.
* Navigate complex sales cycles, selling through internal champions and engaging multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
* Accurately manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
* Work closely with internal teams, including customer success and product teams, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Represent the company at national/international trade events and customer meetings when required.
* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Continuously refine sales strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and new product offerings.
* Promote our company and solutions within your professional network to drive business opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in B2B software sales, ideally within social care, healthcare, or related sectors.
* A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions.
* Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders, from frontline managers to C-level executives.
* Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and strong data management skills.
* Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Industry knowledge or an understanding of the social care sector is an advantage but not required.
* Flexibility to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.
