Internal Sales Administrator
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a busy and supportive sales team at their Manufacturing facility based in Washington. This is a key role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders and enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of care.
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering excellent customer service to a range of clients
* Processing and managing customer orders
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintaining accurate customer records and pricing agreements
* Resolving queries and supporting service improvement projects
What we're looking for:
1. At least 2 years' experience in customer service or administration (beneficial if within a Manufacturing environment).
