The Role
We're delivering a major capital programme as part of our AMP cycle-and we're looking for a Projects Delivery Manager to play a vital role at the heart of it.
In this key role, you'll sit at the centre of project delivery-bridging the gap between operations, asset management, regional team, and contractors. You'll be the go-to representative for Bioresource Ops, ensuring our capital projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.
You'll lead a team of project coordinators, working closely with planning and capital teams to manage upcoming works, remove blockers, and support successful commission and handover. It's all about making sure operational needs are at the forefront-and that everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Leadership & Safety: Key member of the Bioresource Services leadership team, driving a strong safety culture and leading collaborative planning across the full project lifecycle.
* Operational Interface: Main liaison between Ops, Asset, Catchment & delivery teams to ensure capital projects meet regulatory, operational, and value outcomes with minimal disruption.
* Project Readiness & Risk: Identify asset risks early, ensure plant readiness (e.g., isolation, draining, cleaning) and support risk and value workshops to enable smooth delivery.
* Collaboration & Supportability: Ensure asset supportability and operating plans are in place and aligned to the allocated plan. Support design reviews, asset deviations and training documentation.
* Training & Handover: Coordinate Ops training needs, ensure technical readiness, and support successful IATO/ATO and effective takeover of all projects.
