Were looking for a highly organised Customer Service Administrator to join our close-knit, 5-star-rated Customer Service team. This office-based rolecombines order administration with hands-on customer support from processing orders and preparing shipping documents to liaising with carriers and assistingcustomers via phone, email, and chat Youll be the link between warehouse, operations, and the customer, making sure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. Expect variety, autonomy, and a friendly team atmosphere.
