Job Description
Salary: £48,557 - £57,704, dependent on experience, including a basic salary and skills payment. Plus, a one-off recruitment bonus of £3,500 (£1,750 on arrival and £1,750 on successful completion of probation). There’s potential for an increased skills payment of up to £19,113 after a successful skills assessment.

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll solve mission-critical problems, contribute to system architecture, establish best practices, and deliver high-quality software. You’ll bring innovative ideas and approaches, working with languages like JavaScript, Java, C++, Node, Python, Rust, Go, and .NET.
You’ll operate at a deep technical level, review pull requests, define strategies, and collaborate across teams. You may lead or mentor others, engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influence the wider engineering community.
About You
You have expertise in modern languages and frameworks such as C++, Golang, Java, JavaScript, .NET, Node, Python, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You’ve led Agile teams, evaluated business requirements, and communicate effectively. We welcome professionals from related fields like cloud engineering, security, UX, SRE, solution architecture, data engineering, or machine learning operations.
Training and Development
