We are seeking an exceptional and experienced CAMHS clinician to take on the key leadership role of Clinical Team Lead within one of our Emotional and Behavioural Pathways. The role is targeted at senior clinicians from a core CAMHS discipline (Child Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology, Family Therapy, Nursing or Social Workers) who are able to provide senior clinical leadership and operational management. Working in partnership with the Associate Clinical Director, Psychological Therapies Lead and the CAMHS General Manager, you will provide inspirational leadership to multidisciplinary clinicians to ensure effective, evidence based assessment and treatment, accessible care pathways and a culture of continuous quality improvement.
