Project Co-ordinator
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
A growing IT services business is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to support its internal and client-facing projects team. This is a key administrative role focused on organisation, documentation and communication rather than technical delivery, so you do not need an IT background to be successful.

The Role
Working alongside Project Leads, Engineers, Account Managers and the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are properly documented, planned and communicated.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Updating and maintaining project documentation including project plans, reports, risk logs and action trackers
2. Scheduling meetings, workshops, technical reviews and client updates
3. Taking clear meeting notes, capturing actions and making sure follow-ups are completed
4. Supporting time tracking, resource planning and capacity forecasting
5. Updating project schedules and work items in Autotask PSA
6. Preparing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients
7. Monitoring project progress and flagging delays or risks
8. Assisting with change control, release documents and project governance
