The Role
We are seeking a dedicated KS3 Teacher with QTS to deliver engaging and adaptable lessons to students with additional needs.
* Plan and deliver creative lessons across core subjects
* Support pupils with SEMH and complex learning needs
* Build positive, trusting relationships to support engagement
* Promote both academic progress and emotional development
* Work flexibly across learning settings where required
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience or interest in SEN, particularly SEMH
* Resilient, patient and adaptable approach
* Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
* Passion for supporting vulnerable learners
