Assistant Headteacher – Inclusive & Therapeutic Setting Location: Princes Risborough Contract: Full-time, Temporary (with potential to become permanent) Salary: Competitive, based on experience and leadership scale Start Date: ASAP SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting on behalf of a partner school in Princes Risborough, seeking a committed and experienced Assistant Headteacher to join their leadership team immediately. This is a temporary position until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. About the School: This specialist provision supports children and young people with a range of complex needs, including: * Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties * Communication and interaction challenges * Associated behavioural needs The school takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach, creating a supportive environment where every learner can succeed.
