Do you want a nursing role that's varied, progressive and truly makes a difference?
The Lymph Clinic in Cheshire is looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking nurse with a passion (or keen interest) for lymphoedema / lipoedema & post operative care to join our growing team.
This isn't a typical nursing role. You'll be part of a nurse-led wellness centre that blends clinical excellence with holistic care – supporting clients with cutting-edge therapies like advanced lymphatic drainage, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and functional health testing.
We'll give you the training, tools and support to grow your specialist skills, while encouraging you to contribute ideas, shape our services, and enjoy the variety of working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
Why join us?
At The Lymph Clinic, we:
* Focus on reducing inflammation, restoring balance, and transforming lives from the inside out
* Offer evidence-based, personalised treatments that go far beyond a standard care pathway
* Provide a supportive, inclusive and collaborative workplace
* Genuinely care about our team's wellbeing, offering a healthy work-life balance and a comfortable, inspiring clinic environment
You'll be supported by our Lead Nurse while having the autonomy to develop your own practice, mentor others and contribute to the growth of a pioneering service.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about delivering expert treatment and care
* Has experience in lymphoedema and/or lipoedema management (or a strong interest and willingness to train)
* Thrives in a role where no two days are the same
* Has excellent communication skills and works sensitively with clients from all walks of life
* Enjoys being part of a close-knit, driven team, but can also work independently
* Wants to help shape and improve services through innovation, education, and quality improvement
Essential requirements
* NMC Level 1 Adult registration
* Experience in, or willingness to train in, lymphoedema care
* Ability to support, educate, and advocate for clients through personalised treatment plans
* Confidence to mentor and supervise others
* Commitment to clinical governance, peer review, and best practice standards
Desirable qualifications
* Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Lymphoedema Management (or equivalent)
* Non-Medical Prescriber status
* Venepuncture and cannulation skills
Your role will include
* Providing specialist lymphoedema and lipoedema care, assessments, and tailored treatment plans
* Provide Post-Operate Lymphatic Drainage services
* Acting as a resource for clients and colleagues, offering expert guidance and advice
* Collaborating with the clinic manager to set high clinical standards
* Staying up to date with the latest developments in your field
* Contributing to audits, research and service improvement
* Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training
* Undertaking venepuncture and cannulation (when service provision begins)
This is your chance to be part of something different – a clinic that values expertise, compassion and innovation in equal measure.
If you're ready to bring your nursing skills into a role where you can make a genuine impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
