Experience / Qualifications
* Previous experience in a care role, ideally within a residential, community, or healthcare setting.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations.
* Proven ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying care needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* Practical experience in personal care, medication administration, and daily living support is an advantage.
