Reporting to the Commercial Governance Manager, the Pricing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximise revenue and profitability across Speedy Hire plc.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute pricing strategies across product categories and customer segments
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
* Build and maintain pricing models and scenarios based on cost, value, and demand
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align pricing with business goals
* Communicate pricing decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders
* Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, implementing adjustments where required
* Lead pricing-related projects and initiatives across the organisation
* Ensure compliance with pricing policies, legal, and regulatory standards
* Work closely with the Commercial Governance Manager to maintain pricing tools and data
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or business analysis
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to influence decisions
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modelling large data sets
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Strong communication and presentation abilities
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience with pricing tools/software (desirable)
