Are you an organised and proactive property professional looking for a varied role by the sea?
We are seeking a Property Coordinator to oversee our portfolio of residential rental properties across Weymouth and surrounding areas. Based right on the water's edge in Castletown, Portland, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing local property operation in one of Dorset's most scenic coastal settings.

* Acting as the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and maintenance coordination
* Working closely with our in-house Maintenance Team
* Coordinating and liaising with external contractors
* Managing compliance requirements and certification
* Advertising and filling vacancies
* Supporting tenancy documentation and deposits
* Participating in a shared weekend telephone on-call rota (very limited call volumes)
You will also work alongside our Holiday Let Coordinator and provide occasional support to Crabbers' Wharf holiday accommodation.

* Has experience in property coordination, lettings, estate agency, or housing management
* Understands landlord responsibilities and property compliance
* Is confident liaising with tenants, contractors, and colleagues
* Has strong organisational and administrative skills
* Has good IT skills and written and spoken English
* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
