Job Description
Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a Strategic People Partner to work at our customers site in Derby on a contract basis.
To partner with Senior Leaders in the Business to ensure the effective development and delivery of People and Organisational Strategy, whilst operating within the Group People delivery model.
Role details:
* Job title: Strategic People Partner
* Contract length: 12 months
* Location: Derby
* Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella solution
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Work with the leadership team/s in setting the strategy and business plan whilst bringing People insights to the process
* Diagnosing business problems from an Organisation Development perspective, using tools to identify the levers which will maximise organisation performance.
* Responsibility for local deployment of Company HR processes such as Performance Management, Reward Review, Role grading, Salary policy, Engagement Surveys and deployment of Diversity & Inclusion plans.
* Drive the effectiveness of the HR delivery model through working collaboratively across the business and utilising Group Business Services (GBS)
* Identify gaps and improvements in local HR service provision in line with HR strategy, suggesting initiatives for the local agenda where appropriate.
* Lead and support global and local projects, or components of projects, in particular organisational design and change programmes
* Bring challenge and perspective to the business agenda, particularly ensuring solid succession plans, talent development and an environment that allows people to be at their best
* Advise, guide and coach leaders on their people responsibilities, leadership behaviours and complex people issues
Qualifications
Qualifications And Experience:
* Evidence of organisational restructure and design
* Must be CIPD qualified at Level 5 or above
* Ideally in a similar industry but not essential
* Ideally operated in a large corporate matrix environment
