Role: Clerk of Works - Building & M&E Compliance
Location: Highbury & Islington
Duration: 6 Months (rolling)

Overview
The purpose of this role is to provide independent, technically focused oversight of contractor works across multiple sites, ensuring all activities are delivered strictly in accordance with approved scope, drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and agreed project plans.
Duties
The post holder will act as a trusted client‑side representative, ensuring high technical standards, challenging non‑compliant work, and providing clear, evidence‑based reporting to support governance and decision‑making. The role supports the Project Manager by identifying risks early, resolving issues where possible, and maintaining accurate, timely site reporting.
