To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. You will be part of a fast paced, varied environment where people are at the heart of what we do, and you will be supported in your personal development from day one.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a way that is commercial, operationally efficient, safe, and where performance targets are achieved
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
* Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards
* Ensure our stock is presented to customers as quickly as possible
About You

* A team player who performs well in a results-driven, fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change
* Excellent communication skills; capable of working with people at all levels and remaining calm under pressure
* Strong problem-solving ability with the confidence to challenge processes and generate ideas to move the business forward
* Confident when dealing with people issues and able to multi-task, plan, organise and prioritise workload
* Experience with productivity-related performance targets is desirable but not essential
