Role Details:
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for literacy and numeracy.
* Maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
* Support pupils with SEN needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Essential Requirements:
* Full school-day availability (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM).
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN or willingness to gain SEN experience (training provided).
* A genuine commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
