Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sheffield for a Sales Negotiator. The Sales Negotiator will manage day-to-day tasks such as meeting with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and liaising with legal teams. Additionally, the role involves updating property listings, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
* Experience as Estate Agents and Lettings agents
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Proven Sales experience and negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations is a plus
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
