Essential
* 2:2 or above in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
* Right to work in the UK from programme start date
* Interest in engineering, science and low-carbon energy
* Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Willingness to travel or relocate for placements
* Eligible for UK Security Vetting
* Curiosity, willingness to learn, and collaborative mindset
