Key Responsibilities
* Build on the responsibilities of a Travel Consultant with enhanced experience and expertise contributing to the team’s success.
* Provide specialised travel solutions for marine & offshore / international corporate travel.
* Handle high volumes of complex transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to SLAs.
* Seek and share customer feedback for service improvement.
* Lead in addressing emergency situations and disruptions, ensuring prompt solutions and communication.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of airlines, airfares, routes, and other travel-related suppliers.
* Demonstrate high competency with travel technologies to offer comprehensive solutions.
* Nurture long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Participate in customer review meetings and pitches to prospective clients.
* Follow and promote best practices to ensure consistent service quality.
* Engage with potential new customers, providing quotations and support to build trust.
* Embrace and advocate for new technologies and innovative solutions.

Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Educated to an HND/HNC level.
* Experience in marine/offshore crew changes or complex international corporate travel.
* In-depth knowledge of travel suppliers.
* Proficiency with GDS systems.
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Effective handling of emergency situations.
* Skills for mentoring team members.
Desirable
* Proficiency in one or more foreign languages.
