About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Assets Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Maidstone. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across our packing sites, farms, and customer locations. You'll be responsible for managing the flow of retail assets, maintaining accurate stock records, and providing timely reporting on asset movements and losses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily allocation and dispatch of retail assets for both internal operations and third-party packing clients.
* Coordinate logistics of asset movements between farms, packhouses, and customer sites.
* Carry out regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of asset inventory.
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock, including reporting on losses.
* Liaise with third-party customers to ensure timely supply and return of assets.
* Maintain up-to-date inventory records and generate usage reports.
* Produce weekly and monthly reporting on asset levels and losses, identifying areas for improvement.

* Experience in stock control, logistics, or inventory management (preferred but not essential).
* Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with internal teams and external customers.
* Good IT skills with the ability to use inventory management systems.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
