We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow by winning new clients. You’ll champion our core services – from Managed IT and Cyber Security to cutting-edge AI and Automation – working closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver true value.

What you’ll be doing
* Hunting for new business: Identify, engage, and close deals with SMB/SME clients (5 – 300 staff) in Kent and surrounding areas.
* Owning the full sales cycle: From discovery to proposal to signature – with expert support from our solution architects and marketing team.
* Representing our brand: Attend and speak at events, expos, and networking sessions as a face of Select Technology.
* Leading on tenders: Create persuasive, client-focused submissions that win.
What will you bring to the table?
1. Minimum of 3 years’ B2B sales experience – ideally in IT, tech, MSP, or consultancy services
2. A consultative, value-driven sales style
3. Understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, cyber security, or cloud/modern workplace solutions
