What this role is all about:This Finance Analyst role is integral to the successful performance of the Finance Business Partnering & Finance Operations Team. The role will have a key input into the month end accounting, reporting and reconciliation of the expenses within the Vitality Services Company. The role would suit someone with a keen eye and passion for simplification, automation, and digitalisation of processes. Key Actions
1. Monthly Services Company, expenses recharge, reconciliation, and invoicing
2. Fixed Asset accounting calculation
3. IFRS16 Lease accounting
4. RMAR, a quarterly regulatory form, preparation
5. Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation including intercompany accounts, with review of any discrepancies.
6. Preparation of monthly Expense Performance Pack slides.
7. Drive for automation, simplification, and documentation of all processes.
8. Temporarily provide additional support to the Vitality Creditors Team during busy periods including with the preparation of the Vitality Programme P&L....
