Location: Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road Day Nursery and Preschool, 214-216 Goldhawk Road, Shepherd's Bush, Greater London, W12 9NX
Salary: Starting from £27,000 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: Full time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday

We are seeking a passionate, full-time Early Years Assistant to join our Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road Nursery. Key Responsibilities
* Care for children up to age 5 as part of a dedicated nursery team
* Engage children in interactive play, activities, reading, and learning experiences
* Communicate daily with parents about their child's activities
* Create a safe, caring environment that promotes wellbeing
* Support children's developmental milestones
* Ensure child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding standards are upheld
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with children is preferred but not essential (e.g., Nursery Bank Staff, Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Educator, Nanny, Childminder)
* Passion for engaging and fun learning experiences
* Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and parents
* Effective communication techniques for children and adults
* Understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies
