I am looking for a Regional Support Manager to join a dedicated team with a recognised and reputable childcare provider. You'll be the go-to person for stepping in when homes need extra support - whether that's guiding a team through a challenging time, covering for a manager, or helping raise standards through coaching and audits. What you'll be doing: Supporting homes when they need a steady hand or specialist input. Coaching and mentoring managers and teams to deliver outstanding care. Providing interim leadership when a home is without a manager. Helping teams create safe, therapeutic environments where young people can thrive.
