Hays are working exclusively with a successful business who are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join their team, located in North Wolverhampton and can offer hybrid work and is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their accounting career.
Your new role
You will be working within a supportive finance team and duties will include:
1. Raising sales invoices across all ourpany entities, ensuring invoices are raised timely and accurately adhering to GDPR andpany policies and procedures
2. Credit control elements such as resolving queries and debt until passed over to the credit control team.
3. Adhoc work as and when required, such as covering reception duties, assisting and adapting to potential changes to work schedules and responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
4. The business is looking for an individual who, ideally, has a little finance experience or understanding and who has excellent attention to detail and good Excel skills.
5. You should be a goodmunicator who can work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
