We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing fine art brokerage.
You will manage inbound investor leads, conduct outbound outreach to prospective investors, close high-value art investment deals, support junior brokers, and build long-term client relationships. This role suits a commercially driven closer with a strong sales background and a passion for art or alternative investments.
This is a sales role involving daily inbound and outbound calls with prospective investors.
Key Responsibilities
* Convert inbound leads into art investment sales
* Conduct outbound outreach and follow-up calls with prospective investors
* Conduct client consultations and present tailored art portfolios
* Close mid–high ticket deals
* Support junior brokers in closing transactions
* Maintain strong client relationships
* Consistently achieve sales targets
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales (art, whiskey, property, investments or similar)
* Strong negotiation and closing ability
* Confident working with HNW clients
* Comfortable handling high-volume outbound outreach and follow-up activity
* Target-driven and self-motivated

* Competitive Commission Structure
* OTE: £50,000+ per month for top performers
