Learning Disabilities & Autism Service - Supporting Independence and Well-Being

As an Advanced Social Worker, your goal is to represent standard practices while striving for continuous improvement within the organisation. This involves a multifaceted approach that involves person-centred care, accurate record-keeping, risk management, safeguarding, supervision, leadership, and adherence to policies and procedures.
With a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in a social care setting, you should demonstrate extensive professional development since qualification. Holding a DipSW level qualification or its equivalent, along with Social Work England registration, which is essential.

This position comes with a 7.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
