ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Part-Time Marketing Manager to lead Kitch's marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in defining, executing, and optimising our marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support our growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing experience across digital and traditional channels. With 60% of our clients in hospitality, knowledge or experience in this space is essential.

This is a flexible, part-time role with significant impact. You will be the driving force behind our marketing presence and growth, building a strategy that reflects our long-term business vision

Brand and Strategy

* Develop, manage, and protect the agency's brand identity and positioning.
* Build and refine the agency's marketing strategy to align with the overall business vision.
* Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and track competitors to identify opportunities.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI on a 5% gross profit basis.
* Lead strategic brand projects such as the annual State of Social report.

Sales and Business Development Support

* Create and maintain sales support materials including pitch decks, case studies, and templates.
* Actively support new business efforts, including networking events and initiatives.
* Maintain and improve the quality of our lead database.

Internal Communication and Culture

* Champion our brand values and culture internally to support recruitment and strengthen our employer brand.
* Communicate marketing strategies, goals, and results clearly to the team.
* Share internal client wins and insights from case studies to celebrate success and inspire future work.
* Encourage UGC-style contributions from the team to support agency marketing.

Partnerships and Collaborations

* Onboard and manage marketing partners and collaborators.
* Develop and deliver a charity partnership strategy.
* Build on our current partnership with Prept, ensuring it delivers maximum value.
* Manage agency memberships and ensure benefits are fully utilised.

Digital Marketing and Content

* Develop and execute the website content strategy, including SEO optimisation and updates.
* Create and manage the agency's social media content strategy.
* Plan and manage paid social campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
* Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
* Manage brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
* Source and manage third-party content creators for photography and videography.

Events and Public Relations

* Identify and manage award entries to raise agency recognition.
* Coordinate and represent the agency at key industry events, including speaking opportunities.
* Secure podcast appearances and other thought-leadership opportunities.
* Plan and execute agency-hosted events such as webinars, workshops, and local meetups.
* Attend London-based evening events as required.

Client Marketing and Engagement

* Develop and deliver marketing initiatives for existing clients.
* Work with the Account Services Manager to produce quarterly trend reports and insights.

Operational Management

* Manage essential digital assets including domain registration, hosting, and licences.
* Ensure marketing activities comply with ICO Data Protection regulations.

Collateral and Assets

* Oversee the creation and use of branded materials such as merchandise, digital templates, and shareable assets.
* Ensure pitch decks, case studies, and other client-facing materials remain consistent and up to date.

Skills and Experience

* 3+ years in a marketing management role, ideally in an agency environment (social, digital, or creative).
* Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
* Strong understanding of the social media landscape, trends, and platforms.
* Skilled in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid social.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Data-driven, able to analyse insights and translate them into strategy.
* Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
* Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Confident working independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.
* Background in hospitality.
* Proficient use of LinkedIn for brand building and networking.
* DesirableExperience in a social media agency.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
* Experience with public speaking.
* Strong track record managing external suppliers such as photographers and videographers.

Remote Working – all employees have the opportunity to work remotely. We operate a hybrid model, working in our Chichester office 2 days per week (typically Monday and Wednesday).

GROWING AT KITCH

As part of our team growth we have monthly 1:1's, quarterly objective setting both ways, annual reviews and looking ahead. Salaries will be reviewed annually in line with company figures, market sustainability, overall performance and attitude. Increases range from 3%-10% based on the above.
