Role Overview: The Security Engineer will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our blue chip customers and servicing their CCTV and Access Control systems. The role may include installation and commissioning work. The individual must be customer-focused, professional, and team-oriented, with a willingness to develop their skills and pursue training on enterprise solutions. The Security Engineer will report to the Service Delivery Manager and collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager.
Main Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Experience with FLIR Latitude, CCure, and Genetec is preferred but not essential; demonstrated aptitude with other enterprise systems is acceptable with training provided.
Experience: Minimum three years in a similar role with enterprise-level systems.
