Care and Support Worker (Supported Living) – Wembley\n\nLocation: Wembley, London\n\nSalary: £16–£17 per hour\n\nHours: Full-time | Flexible Shifts (Monday–Sunday, Early & Late Shifts)\n\nAre you an experienced care professional with a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care?\n\nDo you have a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex needs, and autism?\n\nNocturnal Recruitment Solutions are looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated teams in Wembley, providing compassionate, high-quality support in a supported living environment.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nYou will play a key role in empowering individuals to lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:\n\n * Delivering person-centred care and support\n\n * Assisting with manual handling and providing personal care\n\n * Supporting with daily routines, activities, and community inclusion\n\n * Promoting independence, dignity, and respect\n\n * Responding calmly to challenging behaviours and complex needs\n\n * Accurately documenting care and contributing to care planning\n\n * Following and applying safeguarding protocols and Care Act principles\n\n * Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting\n\n * Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans\n\n * Teach and encourage life skills like cooking, budgeting, or using public transport\n\n * Engage in recreational activities such as art, music, walks, or group outings\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Certificate of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Essential)\n\n * Experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, or Complex Needs\n\n * Confident in providing manual handling and personal care to service users\n\n * Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding procedures, and person-centred care principles\n\n * IT Literate is a must\n\n * Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills\n\n * Flexible availability to work early and late shifts, Monday to Sunday\n\n * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service\n\n * Care Mandatory Training Certificates including Oliver McGowan Tier 1 and 2 (Learning Disability and Autism training)\n\n * Right To Work in the UK\n\nNocturnal Recruitment Solutions:\n\nSpecialise in the provision of Care & Support Workers, HCAs and other Healthcare industry-specific job roles. Our focus is to provide exceptional staff to Residential Homes (Adult and Children), Day Centres, Hospitals, Supported Living, Hostels, Nursing Homes.

We also provide work for Community Support Workers, Care Assistants, Social Worker Assistants, Residential Support Workers, Young Adults Support Workers etc
