Your new role
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role within a busy customer service department. You’ll be the go-to person for managing orders, liaising with suppliers, and supporting both internal teams and external clients. From chasing delivery dates to resolving invoice queries, your day-to-day will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling inbound calls and emails
2. Processing sales and purchase orders
3. Sending updates and technical information to customers
4. Managing pro forma invoices and chasing payments
5. Coordinating with suppliers and engineers to ensure accurate parts ordering
6. Generating reports and maintaining inventory records
7. Advising on delivery schedules and resolving queries

What you'll get in return
In return for your contribution, you’ll receive apetitive salary of £26,000 per annum, with the potential to earn large discretionary bonuses each year. This includes appreciation bonuses paid in both April and October, with the remaining amount linked to overallpany performance. Additionally, you’ll benefit from amission scheme worth approximately £5,000 annually, based on revenue generated from the products you support with no selling required.mission payments begin after a three-month probation period and are distributed monthly.
The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday for hours per week. Standard operational hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, with the added flexibility of early finishes a few times a week. You’ll enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, along with access to private medical insurance.
