Responsibilities will include: Plan and deliver appropriate and engaging lessons to class of Nursery or Reception pupils in line with the school and National Curriculum. Create a positive, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment that supports the personal growth of every pupil. Provide clear, accurate, and constructive feedback to colleagues to promote ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. Build strong, effective relationships by liaising confidently with parents and external agencies. Monitor and assess pupils’ progress regularly, identify areas for development, and implement targeted strategies to help them achieve their goals.
